Pay Your Bill Online
At Vectren.com, you can pay your energy bill online 24 hours a day. Select Pay My Bill from the Manage My Account navigation bar at the top of the screen, select the eCheck (electronic check) or credit card option and enter your checking or savings account or credit/debit card information. Your bill will be deducted from your checking or savings account or billed to your credit or debit card. If you are a registered customer, you can even have Vectren remember your account information for future payments.
How does an online payment work?

Checking/Savings: Select Pay My Bill from the Manage My Account navigation bar. Select the Vectren eCheck option and fill in the designated fields regarding your checking or savings account. To make this process faster, make sure you have your checkbook on hand.
Credit/Debit Card: If paying online, select Pay My Bill and select the Credit /Debit Card option offered through Western Union and fill in the designated fields regarding your credit/debit card account. You receive same day credit and confirmation that your bill has been paid and all of your personal information is safe and secure.

Simply enter your credit/debit card information and confirm the amount to be deducted from your account. You will be charged a $4.25 convenience fee for each payment up to $2,000. If your payment exceeds $2,000; you will be charged another $4.25 for each additional amount of $2,000.

How do I participate?

There's no need to sign up or enroll. Just select Pay My Bill from the Manage My Account navigation bar. You can also call a Customer Service Specialist from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at 1-800-227-1376 to complete this same process over the phone.

Note: If you have received a disconnect notice and are within two business days of your disconnect date, the payment does not guarantee your service will not be disconnected due to processing time.

Can I pay online at Vectren.com if I participate in the Budget Bill Program?
Yes.
What if I have a question about my bill?
If you have any questions about your bill, simply contact a Customer Service Specialist.
Will my account automatically be credited?
Any payments entered on a business day prior to 4:00 p.m. CST will be posted the same business day. Online payments taken after 4:00 p.m. or on holidays and weekends will post the next business day.
